This quaint breakfast eatery is on King St. downtown Charleston. Known for the delicious breakfast sandwiches and yummy coffee, it’s a great stop before a day in Charleston. The restaurant holds on to the southern feel with it’s homemade biscuits and cute decor.

Sullivan’s Island Beach

The small island has the most popular beach in Charleston. Parking can be found throughout the island with a quick walk down to the beach. The town has a long military history, with remnants of the Civil War littering the island. Also, many homes still hold their historic value. The island does not allow short term rentals but is great for a visit to the beach.

Poe’s Tavern

Honoring Edgar Allen Poe who was stationed at Fort Moultrie on Sullivan’s Island during the Civil War. This pub is a great place to stop for lunch and a drink at the entrance of the island.

Charleston South of Broad

Famous for rainbow row, the historic homes that date back to the 1700’s, this street is perfect for an afternoon stroll. Adjacent to downtown Charleston, local shops are right around the corner as well as historic sites.

Sugar Bakeshop

This Instagram famous sugar shop has amazing sweet treats from cookies to cupcakes. Stop here for a snack and a picture of another epic Charleston spot.

Waterfront Park

Views of Charleston Harbor and Fort Sumter as well as the classic pineapple shaped water fountain make the Waterfront Park a perfect place for a walk or photo op. Take a walk and stop by the swings for a relaxing evening. This is the perfect place to watch the sunset.

Saltwater Cowboy

Saltwater Cowboy is in the heart of the Shem Creek area of Charleston. With DJs, live music and awesome food it;s the perfect dinner spot. After dinner head to the waterfront bar downstairs and have a drink with an amazing view.
